Welcome to Azabor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Azabor website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Azabor provides a frontend interface that allows users to swap cryptocurrencies through the non-custodial infrastructure of ChangeNOW (CHN Group LLC). Azabor is not an exchange, does not hold, store, or manage user funds, and does not execute exchanges itself. All swap execution is handled directly by ChangeNOW.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any restricted jurisdiction (see Section 4).
• You are not using a VPN or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. No Financial or Legal Advice

Azabor does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information on the Service is for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Service is not available to users located in, or residents of, the following jurisdictions:

• United States of America
• Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, and Myanmar (Burma)
• The Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions of Ukraine
• Any other jurisdiction where crypto swaps are prohibited, restricted, or sanctioned by law.

You agree not to use the Service if you are located in any of these jurisdictions.

5. User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of the wallet addresses you provide. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
• Understanding the risks of swapping and holding cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.
• Complying with all applicable laws, including tax obligations.
• Maintaining the security of your own wallets and private keys.

6. AML/KYC

Azabor itself does not collect or verify your identity. However, the integrated ChangeNOW infrastructure operates a risk-based AML/KYC system. In certain cases (e.g., if a transaction triggers risk flags), a transaction may be paused and identity verification may be requested by ChangeNOW to complete the swap. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azabor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Failed, delayed, or reversed transactions.
• Loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses or network errors.
• Downtime, errors, or liquidity issues of the ChangeNOW infrastructure.
• Price fluctuations during the swap process.

8. Affiliate Relationship

Azabor is an independent affiliate partner of ChangeNOW.io. When you complete a swap through our interface, we may earn a small commission from ChangeNOW. This does not affect the rate you receive. See our full Disclaimer for details.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision was made. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
